Scope of Work :
– Inspection of all walls for any cracks or crevices and any damage that may require minimal plastering.
–  Applying protective sheets over nearby furniture or items to avoid spillage or smudging of paint
– Applying paint in layers per room
– Removal and disposal of protective sheets and arrangement of any furniture back to its original location
– Inspecting the newly painted walls and rooms for any errors, smudges or stains and ensuring the colour shade is uniform throughout.

Inclusions:
– JotunFenomastic Paint.
– Plastering of minimal cracks in walls.
– All essential protective gear and painting tools.

Exclusions:
– Painting of ceiling is excluded from the above-mentioned price. For ceiling painting, an additional 10% will be charged.
– Any colour paints are other than common shades of White and Off-White.
– Any additional effects such as texturing.
